Tbh I don't see any problem with the recitation of these Qaris. The primary issue is non-Arabic speakers or reverts mimicking these Qaris styles of recitation without formal training in the rules of tajweed or even worse, not being able to properly pronounce Arabic letters.

And this is completely wrong.. You by yourself said that if the Raa has a Sukoon and preceeded by a Fatha or Dammah, we pronounce it with full mouth. So waht's the matter if the Raa has an original Sukoon or has a Sukoon due to stopping on it? Please think of it, and correct it!
